DAMAGED, EXCHANGES OR WRONG SIZE?
If your order is damaged, firstly, we apologise! As all of products are handmade, there are a really tiny % that may have slipped through our quality assurance stage. We will happily exchange your order for a brand new product!
Since all of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns, however, we will accept exchanges to the same value. Please contact us within 3 days of you receiving your order, and return it back to us within 7 days of receiving.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs & in the instance of an exchange, the postage of the new item back to them. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note, all custom orders are non refundable. It is the buyer responsibility to ensure the size is correct based on our size chart, prior to purchasing.
As all of our products are made-to-order, it will normally take between 1 - 2 weeks to hand make. Of course for special occasions, birthdays, divorce presents etc, we will do our best to accommodate and get them to you in a rush. Please contact us in this case as we are always happy to do what we can (within reason), to help. Similarly, at busy periods, we may have a delay in getting your order to you. In the case of this happening, we will do our best to contact you in advance! Please be aware, we are a very small team (Bryan who works full time on DDV and Michael who has a full time job and helps everywhere he can as often as he is able to) so at busy times, it is not always possible.
If your order is returned to sender as it was undeliverable or for any other reason; if you would like us to re send it to you, we will still need to pay for the postage, so will need to ask you to cover the cost.
