ETHICAL?

At Doon Duh Vail co. we believe that every step of the process in bringing our products to life, should never mean that another person is negatively impacted. Whilst we would love to have the best profit margin possible, we recognise, support & believe that there's room for everyone to make a fair wage in the company we have built, which is why we only work with suppliers who's ethics align with ours.

All of our products are sourced from suppliers that are on the same page as us with regard to the fair, legal & ethical treatment of all employees; and similarly, adhere to the WRAP Principles we believe in. WRAP ( Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) is dedicated to ensuring lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing throughout the world. With all of our products, we adhere to the 12 WRAP principles. The 12 principles are:

no child labour
no harassment or abuse
no discrimination
no bonded labor
a living wage for all employees
reasonable hours of work
total compliance with laws & regulations
total compliance with environmental regulations
total compliance with customs laws
safe & healthy working environment
a secure working environment
freedom of association and collective bargaining

All of our products are hand embroidered in Glasgow, finished with a hangtag and packaged individually by Bryan. All of our packaging is fully recyclable, please be sure to dispose responsibly.

INTERNATIONAL?

We ship worldwide!

All orders within the UK are shipped Royal Mail 1st Class. All other orders are shipped Royal Mail International Standard, which means that we are unable to provide tracking numbers. We are unable to take responsibility for the safe delivery of parcels, but on the off chance that Royal Mail have lost or damaged your order, we will work to resolve this as soon as we can.
